Dr Savvas Verdis (CEO)
Savvas Verdis is founder and CEO of Rankdesk. He is also a Fellow at the London School of Economics where he teaches graduate courses in urban development and planning. Prior to setting up Rankdesk, Savvas was a partner in a central London wealth management firm specialised in bringing foreign direct investment to London’s prime residential market. 

Priya Namjoshi (Director of Research)
Priya Namjoshi is a founding associate at Rankdesk. She has been working in the fields of the built environment and architecture in India and the United Kingdom since 2001. She is a graduate of Cass Business School, with a degree in real estate investments. Her experience is in the fields of real estate investment analysis, research, financial modelling and market data analysis for residential as well as commercial property.  

Zanna Sitalo (Head Analyst)

Zanna Sitalo joined Rankdesk in July 2010 after completing her BSc in Property Development at the University of Portsmouth.
Zanna’s research interests include property valuations and property law. Zanna has first hand experience working as a sales agent in both London and Riga. At Rankdesk, Zanna cross checks all the property analysis before the publication of the TOP 100 lists on Wednesday mornings.

Dominic Church (Chair)

The Architect and Urban Designer Dominic Church has worked in Germany, Luxembourg, Scandinavia and Israel as well as the UK. In 2001, he completed the MSc City Design and Social Science at the LSE Cities Programme and subsequently acted as Assistant Director of the MSc programme until 2005, when he joined CABE to act as the project lead for the Building for Life initiative until February 2011. Currently, Dominic is an Associate with Transition Studio, an interdisciplinary consultancy specialising in sustainable development. He teaches at the Department of Urban Design in Stuttgart and at the Sustainable Urbanism Unit at Munich Technical University.

Dr Mark Andrew
Dr. Mark Andrew is a Senior Lecturer in Real Estate Finance and Investment at Cass since January 2007. He has a PhD in Economics from Reading University. He was previously a Lecturer in Economics at the University of Reading. Mark’s research interests are in the fields of housing economics, micro-econometrics and panel data analysis. Dr. Andrew has published in journals such as Real Estate Economics, Regional Science & Urban Economics, Housing Economics and the Scottish Journal of Political Economy. He has also been involved in a number of externally funded projects for the Department of Communities and Local Government, the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, the National Housing and Planning Unit and the Economic and Social Research Council.

Blaise Trigg Smith
Blaise has over 5 years experience in real estate and development finance, and is currently Financial Strategy Manager for First Base Ltd, a residential developer based in London. She completed a Masters in City Design and Social Science at the LSE, focusing on the economics of urban change. She now specializes in residential investment and development finance as well as the financial structuring of affordable housing and public-private partnerships in large-scale residential-led regeneration projects.
